Wonderful set !

This set is just perfect. The quality for the price is unmatched. The plates do not show a picture from the side. The side of the plates turn up slightly from the bottom. This make a world of difference in the look and feel of the plates. They fit in our dishwasher wonderfully and are a pleasure to own. We have not had a chip, however did have one crack in the microwave. I had it replaced and think this is very unusual. All the other pieces have not chipped, crazed or cracked in the dishwasher or oven

I am very impressed with these dishes! I looked at several dinnerware sets at various retailers and I'm thrilled with my choice. These dishes do not chip, mark or crack easily and I have had them for several months now. I am always getting compliments on them. You cannot go wrong with this set!

Love plates and customer service!

I recently had my kitchen remodeled and these were the perfect choice for a new versatile set of dishes. They are so pretty and sturdy and I can't wait to put them with all different kinds of place settings (napkins, chargers, etc.)...and when one of them was broken in shipping I barely had to let customer service know and the replacement was on the way!!! If only more companies were like that...I will definitely use Sur La Table in the future!!!

Elegant design with practical notes

We bought two sets of this dishware for everyday use. The only issue is the cereal or soup bowl is much to shallow for this use. Other than that, it's a good deal and great dinnerware. Two thumbs up!
